Support Services Policy (Updated: 06/01/2020)

  • All customers who purchase custom programming/development services from SafetyNetWeb are entitled to free support on said work for a term of 90 days forward from date of completion
  • All customers who purchase any of our plugins through our store are entitled to free support on said plugin(s) for a term of 90 days forward from date of purchase

 

EXCEPTIONS:
  • Any support requests relating to custom programming/development work completed more than 90 days prior will be billable at our sole discretion. At minimum it will require billing for 1 unit of incident support ($75) or if after analysis of the support request it is determined it will require more than minimal effort to resolve, we will provide customer with quote before initiating any further action on their support request
  • Any support requests relating to one of our plugins purchased more than 90 days prior will be billable at our sole discretion. At minimum it will require billing for 1 unit of incident support ($75) or if after analysis of the support request it is determined it will require more than minimal effort to resolve, we will provide customer with quote before initiating any further action on their support request
